Only SHE Fitness is a sport studio that creates a community for women only. We stand for a place that is home from home, where you find your fitness friend, where you find your support, motivation and inspiration. Achieve your fitness goals together.
We offer you Small Group Training in groups of maximum 8 participants for every level of fitness. Small groups mean more space for personal coaching. Personal Training is also an option when you need that bit of extra attention and support. We have nutrition advice for you, training schedules and most of all, personal coaching .
Functional training with weights and your own bodyweight is the way we train in a daily changing program. Cardio, gymnastics, strength, all come together in one training led by a Personal Trainer. The goal is to get fit, but do it with a lot of fun!
